How to use the remove extra spaces
- Paste your text.
- Tick the kinds of whitespace to clean.

What each option does
- Collapse repeated spaces: “a b” becomes “a b”.
- Trim each line: removes spaces at the start and end of lines.
- Collapse blank lines: three or more line breaks become one empty line.
- Tabs into spaces: useful when text was copied from a spreadsheet.
- Remove every line break: joins everything into one paragraph.
