    Choosing a format

    • JPG: photos; small files, no transparency.
    • PNG: screenshots, logos and anything with transparency; lossless.
    • WebP: modern websites; smaller than both, with transparency.
    • ICO: website and Windows icons.
    • BMP: older software that needs uncompressed images.

    Can it open HEIC photos from an iPhone?
